You can book online or call (480) 639-5559.
What should I expect in my first session?
Prior to your first appointment, you will complete intake paperwork so your therapist can understand what brings you in.
In the first session, you will talk through your concerns, relevant history, and the goals you want to work toward.
Over the first few sessions, you and your therapist will build a treatment plan together.
Is what I say in therapy confidential?
Yes. Therapy conversations are private and confidential. There are rare exceptions where disclosure may be required
to protect safety. Your therapist will review these limits at the start of care.
How long are sessions and how often will we meet?
Many clients start weekly, then adjust frequency as they begin to feel better and practice new skills.
Initial sessions are often longer, about 75 minutes. Ongoing sessions are typically 45–75 minutes depending on clinical need and service type.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a fee-for-service practice and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits,
we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance plan for possible reimbursement.
Learn more on our fees page.
What are your fees?
Fees vary by service type and clinician. The most up-to-date pricing and policies are listed on our
Fees & Rates page.
What kind of clients do you see?
