You can schedule in whichever way is easiest:
- Book online anytime

- Request a free 15‑minute consultation
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes — we offer a free 15‑minute phone consultation to help you decide if we’re a fit and to get you scheduled.
You can book online or call (480) 639‑5559.
What should I expect in my first session?
Prior to your first appointment, you’ll complete intake paperwork so your therapist can understand what brings you in.
In the first session, you’ll talk through your concerns, relevant history, and the goals you want to work toward.
Over the first few sessions, you and your therapist will build a treatment plan together.
Is what I say in therapy confidential?
Yes. Therapy conversations are private and confidential. There are rare exceptions where disclosure may be required
to protect safety (your therapist will review these limits at the start of care).
How long are sessions and how often will we meet?
Many clients start weekly, then adjust frequency as they begin to feel better and practice new skills.
Initial sessions are often longer (about 75 minutes). Ongoing sessions are typically 45–75 minutes depending on need.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a fee‑for‑service practice and do not accept insurance. If you have out‑of‑network benefits,
we can provide a Superbill (receipt) you can submit to your insurance plan for possible reimbursement.
Learn more on our fees page.
What are your fees?
Fees vary by service type and clinician. The most up‑to‑date pricing and policies are listed on our
Fees & Rates page.
What kind of clients do you see?
We welcome individuals, couples, children, teens, and families — and we serve clients of diverse backgrounds,
cultures, religious traditions, and lifestyles.
Do you offer telehealth therapy?
Yes. We offer secure telehealth appointments for clients across Arizona, in addition to in‑person sessions in Scottsdale.
How do I choose the right therapist?
The best fit depends on what you’re working on and what style of support feels most helpful.
You can browse therapist bios on our Meet Our Therapists page,
or book a free 15‑minute consult and we’ll help match you.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes — evening and Saturday appointments are available depending on clinician availability.
If you need specific times, please call (480) 639‑5559 and we’ll help.
